Our guests have access to the entire property, which is completely for their personal use.
Our guest manager will greet the guests at the property, or where it is most convenient for them, for check in. Dedicated staff, off-site but nearby, will be available for assistance at any time during the stay, 24/7.
Both the house and the outdoor area are professionally cleaned and maintained. Bed linens and towels are provided, as well as beach/pool towels. The pool is maintained by professionals and is cleaned weekly. Both the house and the pool are cleaned the day of the guests' arrival.
For stays longer than 6 days, we offer, included in the price, cleaning services - as well as change of linens and towels, and pool cleaning - every 3/4 days. The days and the times will be agreed with our guest manager at check-in.
If desired, for an additional fee, we can arrange daily cleanup (Maid service).
We can help our guests with the following:
arrange airport (Brindisi and Bari) and port (Brindisi) pick-up and drop off
we can rent a car on the guests' behalf, come to pick the guests up, drive them to the property, and leave them the car. At check out, we'll drive the guests back and return the rental car
organize tours and cooking classes
rent bikes and scooters
arrange meals at the property with chef and waiter/waitress
arrange catering at the property
make reservations at local restaurants
schedule beauty treatments
set up photo shoots
refrigerator stocking; we'll do food-shopping, based on your directions, then fill the refrigerator. The kitchen will be filled with the finest and freshest ingredients when you arrive.
The gas pool heater can be turned on and off any time by the guests. The pool heater has a dedicated meter and the guest will be charged Euro 0.9/Liter at check out (pay per use).
